Outstanding service and craftsmanship. I sent in three of my daily kitchen knives and was amazed by how they returned incredibly clean and razor sharp. One knife had a bent tip that was repaired and straightened, looking better now than it did when I first bought it. The turnaround time was impressively quick for the quality of work that was put in.
